New plan...

Note: This is based on my headcanon only and not canon to the SMG4 canon!

When Dio defeated Funky Buddy, Bonzi Buddy was banished to another world full of memes. When he saw a lot of bright color of joy in this world and aware the fact that he's in a world watched by millions of people, he decided to make a plan to threaten the residents of the land to make up his failure plan back at his home world, to take over Mushroom Kingdom and got rid all non-Nintendo characters, Dio was one of the non-Nintendo residents who banished him. He took the appearance of Funky Kong, his old buddy, and decided to call the one we know, Lawyer Kong. As he would believe that this action could fram Funky for the crime he didn't commit back in Meme House world. His plan was to fill a lawsuit against the person who created everything, but he can't do it by himself and it would took years to fullfilling his plan. Years have passed, he finally mastered his plan.

When he finally successfully erased all the non-Nintendo residents from existence and claimed the Mushroom Kingdom, he went back to his hide-away castle. Removed his Lawyer Kong disguise and began to speak for someone he knew back in his home world.

"Master Bogan, did I make you proud?"
