I had Railway with Naomi since they're both hybrid clones created from their masters' DNAs, Naomi for Blake and Marissa's DNAs and Railway for Twilight's DNA and Thomas' Coals.

Anyway, I had revealed more stories about Railway Spark. Before season 6, Queen Chrysalis discovered the other universes and she had an idea. She traveled to many verses to steal materials for her experiment. She attempted to create a hybrid clone of Twilight and Starlight by using Twilight's DNA to fuse with Starlight's DNA but accidentally mixed up with Thomas' coals, one of the items Chrysalis stole. And as a result, Railway Spark was created. Chrysalis then tried to create more hybrids but failed so she gave up.

Fun fact: Railway Spark can turn himself into a train that looked identical to Thomas!
